I kinda wish I had enough money saved to fly to the US and see John on his Spring 2012 tour.

Then again, fingers crossed he tours Australia! Then I will DEFINITELY go see him!!

I just want to shake his hand and say

“Thank you, you have inspired me SO much. Your music has helped me get through the toughest times in my life. I only want to see you continue to do what you love and create beautiful music. You are strong, wise and an endearing human being with a wonderful talent. Thank you for being my companion”.

Of course, when will I ever get the chance to say this?

So it really fascinates me when individuals take a disliking to John. Like he doesn’t deserve the success or accolades that he has obtained.

I find it extremely amusing that people who hate a musician by calling them a ‘douche bag’ or ‘gay’ have any substance in supporting this theory.

You pick up any instrument and practice for majority of your life and find a real talent there’s bound to be scrutiny, astonishment, ignorance and hate. Yay. Not like we seriously can’t evolve into adults and grow up. That would just be WAY too easy.

The media plays a HUGE role in the lives of celebrities. Stirring the pot, churning the pages and making the biggest lies they can muster but you know what?

I seriously am beyond caring.

Now I wave off all those ‘haters’ and laugh because when there is a musician like John who makes you happy there will ALWAYS be people in your life who will be there lying in wait to tear you down with words, insults and lies.

I say Bring. It. On.

No matter what you say. I will still love John Mayer.

And there’s not a damn thing you can do about it.

I just love it when he talks to fans in between songs. I am looking forward to the next time he is here in Australia and performs. I am totally missing out. John! You need to come back to Australia! Please!!

So John. Please explain this photo. I have NEVER seen this before? Not that I would compare the two on purpose but I am feeling a little Jim Morrison in this. Strange. Although I find John more alluring than ever no matter how young he is. Gosh. I have it bad. Does not bother me AT ALL!! Lol.

OMG! I just watched an interview with John at 25. He is SO cute! The petrol station he worked at, his high school and his hometown.

Wow. Fast forward ten years. John will be 35 this year. It’s amazing what ten years has given him. This was a really insightful interview. Yay! Oh John. :-)
